Service Delay Clipper Other 19/04/18 PM-GU-JE-PM

Commodore Clipper is currently operating approx 30 mins behind schedule due to Vessel Congestion in Portsmouth Port earlier today, however she is expected to be on time for her arrival into Portsmouth tomorrow morning

Poole Bridge - Temporary Closure

UPDATE ON TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF POOLE BRIDGE

Following the temporary repairs currently being undertaken at Poole Bridge, it is anticipated that the bridge will re-open to all road users by Monday 16 April 2018.

The bridge is currently closed to all road traffic for safety reasons after two of the safety gates were damaged following a technical problem which occurred on Sunday 8 April 2018.

In the meantime temporary repairs to the safety gates are being undertaken so that the bridge can be brought back into operation at the earliest opportunity.

Please find below details of two planned closures affecting Poole Bridge 

BRIDGE APPROACH AND POOLE LIFTING BRIDGE  - (two overnight closures)

Wednesday 18 April 2018

Road closed to vehicles from 19:00

Footway closed to pedestrians from 21:30

The road will reopen to all vehicles and pedestrians at 05.30 on Thursday 19 April 2018.

Thursday 25 April 2018

Road will be closed from 19:00

One footway will be open at all times

Road will reopen at 07:00 on Thursday 26 April 2018

These overnight closures are required for the completion of bridge works.

Sunday 29th April - Blandford Road Poole - Temporary Road Closure

Please find below details of the rescheduled details for the closure of a section of Blandford Road

BLANDFORD ROAD (between Rigler Road and Bridge Approach)

From 07:00 until 19:00 on SUNDAY 29 APRIL 2018

The closure is required for completion of carriageway resurfacing.

Access to the Port should remain unaffected.
